Luciana Minassian

I’m an assistant professor of legal aspects of Armenian Genocide, as well as a legal advisor at the Observatorio Internacional de Derechos Humanos in Argentina. After the 2020’s war in Artsakh, lawyers from different countries of diaspora started working jointly. That path took us to different dimensions of work based on international humanitarian law and international criminal law.
