Hyeland Constructions

Balanced mix of Armenian youngsters and experts with more than two decades of experience had got together, shared a vision and founded HYELAND (2005) in Abroad. Projects took place right away when we’ve launched HYELAND 1 complex and shortly after the HYELAND 2 project both located in Aleppo-Syria. With the regional incidents – Middle East Crisis – taking place, we were forced to shift our headquarters to Yeravan (2012) and regroup ourselves and repeat applying our vision in more sincere market – the Armenian market – and eventually in April 2013, we had announced the start of HYELAND 3 project in the heart of Yerevan. Construction took place under the scheduled plan, and we have delivered 53 apartments to their owners in 2016.
