In May 2007, after undergoing the process of selection and qualification by Baker Tilly International, the Company became an independent member of Baker Tilly International and was renamed to “Baker Tilly Armenia”. Baker Tilly Armenia provides auditing and accounting, business advisory services, management and financial consultancy, tax and customs planning and compliance advice, legal advice, and a variety of other specialized services to both local and international business community operating in Armenia and overseas countries.
