The Armenian Apostolic Church is an Oriental Orthodox Church that is Armenia's dominant denomination. Around 94% of Armenia's population – and probably an equal proportion of the population of Nagorno-Karabakh – profess the Armenian Apostolic Church. With the Armenians, it has also spread to many other countries, especially the Middle East, Eastern Europe, the USA, Argentina and France. There is also an Armenian Apostolic Church in Norway with its headquarters in VegĂ„rdshei founded in 2012. They are served by a priest from Sweden.
